  • The Bradbury B.O.S.S.™ Series
    The Bradbury B.O.S.S.™ Series is a state of the art roll former and closed-loop servo shear with speeds up to 300 FPM (90 mpm) and accuracy of 1/16” (1.5 mm). The B.O.S.S.™ can be closed coupled to a new or existing roll former....

  • The Bradbury Orbital Servo Shear (B.O.S.S.™) brings a revolution to metal sheet cutting. This high speed, closed loop flying shear was developed to increase shearing productivity - and there is no other piece of equipment like it. With its state-of-the-art features, the B.O.S.S.™ provides high production with close tolerance shearing. The intelligent drive and shear system allows the B.O.S.S.™ to be close coupled to a new or existing rollformer and acceleration or deceleration of the line does not affect the cut. The unique orbital design provides smooth acceleration and allows the B.O.S.S.™ to not be bound by the components needed in the traditional rack and pinion concept. Length and batch information can be manually entered at the control station, or the B.O.S.S.™ can receive downloaded production information from a remote computer.

    Bradbury continuous PUR/PIR lines produce finished, packaged panels for commercial and architectural applications. Ideal for the startup producer or the established manufacturer, our discontinuous lines can run outer and inner skins on the same line....

  • The Bradbury Group supplies complete, continuous, foam-filled panel production lines from entry coil handling to exit-end packaging. Whether for the garage door market, commercial buildings, or the HVAC industry, Bradbury can meet your specific needs for PUR/PIR. Continuous panel laminating lines that utilize EPS, mineral wool, and other core materials are also available through The Bradbury Group. 

    Discontinuous panel production for polyurethane-filled panels includes insulated wall and roof building panels, garage doors, entry doors, and refrigeration cooler panels. Single or multi-cavity presses are capable of handling panels from 2” (50 mm) to 10” (250 mm) thick, up to 48” (1220 mm) wide and up to 48 (14.6m) feet long. Bradbury can meet each customer’s production requirements and budget. Discontinuous presses include heated and cooled platens and are built to withstand the high pressures
    of the foaming process. Complete systems include tooled molds with press loading/unloading components and chemical supply.

  • The Bradbury QTR™ Purlin Rollformer forms both Cee and Zee sections in a single roll space. You save footprint and setup time with Cee to Zee changes happening in seconds. In addition, the QTR™ turns out U-channel, base angles, and integrated eave sections with optional shapes such as sigmas, C+, and downturn lips. Innovative features increase section control and quality, reduce labor, and contribute to operator safety.


    The Bradbury VTR™ Purlin Rollformer is the manual version of our highly successful QTR™. The VTR™ incorporates the same proven Bradbury tooling with a manual changeover to offer the industry a reliable and even more economical purlin rollformer. The Bradbury VTR™ Rollformer can be incorporated with a punching system to supply all of a building’s secondary structures. 

     

    The Hayes Quick Change™ Cee & Zee Purlin Lines are designed to produce Cee, Zee, Channel, and eave struts on a single machine. The patented Hayes Quick Change™ System allows operators to make size, profile, and gauge changes without removing tooling or spacers.
