• Acknowledgements will be sent from Globetrotter Travel Management Services, Inc. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.
• Room tax - All room reservations are subject to room/transient occupancy tax, currently 13 (thirteen) percent, but subject to change.
• Deposits - A guarantee of first night’s room and tax is required from each delegate requesting a room accommodation and secured via major credit card. This will be billed to the delegates credit card by the hotel within 72 hours prior to arrival. Each delegate is informed of deposit and credit card choice policies by the housing agent.
• Cancellations are taken by each hotel directly after cut-off. Please refer to your hotel acknowledgement for individual policy.
