Always terrible to hear about these types of tragedies at construction sites. Looks like there are about 18 injured in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan,

I have to wonder how many of these accidents are preventable and if they are human error most of the time. We have heard of other tragedies recently with the building of the stadiums for the World Cup in Brazil. Let’s hope these types of accidents are less frequent in the future.
