CMC continues to build its portfolio and it is important for them for manyreasons. The acquisition of Newell Recycling allows CMC to continue to develop its vertical integration by being able to provide raw materials to the CMC Steel Texas location. CMC has quite a bit of different businesses with many different types of business units supporting each.
