So it appears that Colorado has a shortage of construction professionals available for work. According to the Associated General Contractors of America it seems that two-thirds of the nation’s construction firms are having trouble finding people
and furthermore the AGC believes that shortages will continue. Denver is among the top 10 metro areas in the country for adding construction industry jobs. Many of us complain that there aren’t enough jobs in America, yet here is a sector that is hiring, but then again you have the AGC pushing to draw workers from other countries as well. While I am not against foreign workers, I am for investment in Americans and their professional futures. Thoughts?
