After the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend we are back here at METALCON headquarters with another fantastic edition of Magnificent Metal Mondays. Today we travel to Fushun, China. The structure you see is called the “Ring of Life.” The structure is 157 meters high and it cost $16 million US Dollars to build. This structure used 3,000 tons of steel. The government has decided to build those to attract tourists to the city. If you ask us here it looks like a the same teleportation structure used in the movie Stargate.
