Allentown, PA – ATAS International Inc., a leading supplier of metal roofing, wall and ceiling panels, announces Mike Krahling, CSI, CDT and Eric Samley as the recipients of its annual Malan S. Parker Award to recognize the top sales team of 2015.
The team was chosen for their overall sales growth within the territory, and observance of corporate goals and objectives.
Krahling has been an ATAS employee for a total of 11 years. In his first eight years with ATAS, he held a variety of positions, including Inside Technical Salesperson, Traffic Controller and Production Manager. During this time, he also served in the Pennsylvania National Guard. Krahling then left to pursue other opportunities, returning to ATAS in 2013 as the Eastern Pennsylvania Product Representative. His wide range of experience in the industry has given him valuable resources to use in his current career. Krahling is also very active in four Eastern Pennsylvania chapters of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) holding a variety of positions within those chapters, and earned CSI’s Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certificate in 2014.
Samley has over 10 years of experience within the construction industry; the past four working with ATAS. This gives him a strong base of knowledge from which to draw in serving ATAS customers in his role as an Inside Technical Salesperson.

Malan S. “Steve” Parker was a valued ATAS employee in the New England territory, who passed away in 2002. Since then, to honor his hard work and dedication to ATAS, the sales team of the year award is now known as the Malan S. Parker Award.
