The undersigned pre-registrant, hereby makes application for possible selection to
participate in the MCA METALCON National Championship Metal Roofing Games. If selected,
ample notice will be provided to you to allow lodging and travel schedules to be arranged. It is also understood that if your team is successful in being named the points champion for either Wednesday or Thursday, that your participation will be required on Friday to compete with one other team to determine the MCA Metal Roofing National Champion.
NOTE: The undersigned pre-registrant holds the show staff and contributors of Metalcon,
PSMJ Resources, Inc. and the Metal Construction Association (MCA) harmless of any injury or
damages resulting from his/her participation in these Games. You also agree that your name,
photo and provided information may be used for promotional purposes of future Metalcon
events.
The Competitions are held October 18-20, 2017 at the Las Vegas
Convention Center:
