Drawing from his experiences as a SEAL, Chad captivates listeners as he illustrates and instructs the SEAL mindset and ethos that involve mental toughness, discipline, teamwork, leadership, safety and motivation. Thursday’s program is jam-packed with education sessions presented by industry experts on topics including MR-24 Installation, SSR Installations tips, Barrier Back-up Systems, Spray Foam Insulation Systems, Temporary Bracing, AC478, SSR, and more. MBMA’s association meeting will take place in the morning.

Education continues Friday morning with industry leaders presenting on Building Technology – Drivers for the Future, Paint and Installation, PV Installation and Snow Retention and a special presentation by CEO and founder of S-5 and Director of the Metal Roof Advisory Group, Rob Haddock, on “Metal Roofing and Solar PV: `Environmental Capitalism.'”
Friday will also include a dynamic MBCEA and MBMA Joint Roundtable featuring a panel of experts and an open mic format giving members an opportunity to ask question, discuss solutions and solve problems.
