Q: How can I update my booth profile?

A: Log into your Exhibitor Portal using your METALCON password. Once you are logged in go to “Update Booth Information” where you can create a welcome message, printed show guide profile and online profile. To access your Exhibitor Portal, please visit https://expo.metalcon.com/metalcon22/public/e_login.aspx?ID=3777&sortMenu=104000.


Q: Where can I register booth staff?

A: To register booth staff, please log into Exhibitor Registration. You will be instructed to select your company from a drop-down menu and use your METALCON password. Once you are logged in, proceed to “Add Booth Staff”, choose whether they are returning or new booth personnel and complete the questions following your choice. Q: How can I order show services?

A: Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual to order show services, found here https://sc.theexpogroup.com/metalcon2022/. You will see a green button on the left-hand side labelled “Order Services”. and enter your password from The Expo Group. Once you are logged in, follow the prompts.


Q: I have received emails from different companies to book my hotel, does it matter which one I go through?

A: METALCON works exclusively with Globetrotter. Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies other than Globetrotter that imply an affiliation with the METALCON. We have been informed that other companies have aggressively pursued METALCON attendees/exhibitors/partners or their companies to use their services to book guest rooms at supposedly significant discounts. Q: Do you offer any marketing or sponsorship opportunities?

A: Yes, absolutely! METALCON offers an array of marketing/sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors to choose from and increase their presence before and during the show. Q: What are my promo codes?

A: Each exhibiting company is given unique promo codes to share with customers and prospects. You will receive 10 FREE complimentary Total Experience passes and unlimited $30 off Total Experience passes. To identify your unique codes, log into https://www.xpressreg.net/register/metl1022/exhibitor/login.asp?e= and select “Invite Customers to the Show”.


Q: Where should I ship my materials?

A: The Exhibitor Manual will have all the information on where to ship, shipping labels, and deadlines to ship. Please also refer to your Exhibitor Manual for furniture and sign rentals, deadlines, hall information, and additional services. Q: How can I check my balance and pay my bill?

A: To make a payment on your booth and/or see how much you owe, please visit your Exhibitor Portal. Once you are logged in using your METALCON password, select “My Account”. This will allow you to pay, view your statement, and see due dates. Q: I accidentally deleted my newsletter; is there anywhere I can go to find it?

A: Yes! Please visit metalcon.com and select “Exhibitor”. From her you will see a tab labeled “METALCON-All Year Long” select the drop down and find “Newsletter”. The most recent newsletter will be showcased on the screen, and all past issues for the year can be found linked at the bottom of the page. Visit https://www.metalcon.com/newsletters/ , to access all of our 2022 newsletters.


Q: Does METALCON provide any transportations services to and from the airport?

A: Yes, we do! Go to metalcon.com, select “Exhibitor” and use the drop down from “About Metalcon” to select “Event Information” and finally, “Ground Transport”. This page will allow you to view the four different transpiration companies we have partnered with and each company has a contact person for you to speak with to set up your transportation. Q: When can I move into my booth space and when do I have to be moved out by?

A: Booths 400 sq. ft or larger are able to move in Monday October 10 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. All exhibitors are able to move in Monday October 10 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and again Tuesday October 11 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Exhibitor move out will be Friday October 14 form 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM and again on Saturday October 15 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.


Q: What are the exhibitor hall hours?

A: The Indiana Convention Center exhibit hall will be open Wednesday October 12 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday October 13 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday October 14 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
