Bradbury Group manufactures equipment for producing PUR/PIR insulated sandwich panels incorporating many core materials, additives, and catalysts.
The Bradbury Group supplies complete, continuous, foam-filled panel production lines from entry coil handling to exit-end packaging. Whether for the garage door market, commercial buildings, or the HVAC industry, Bradbury can meet your specific needs for PUR/PIR. Continuous panel laminating lines that utilize EPS, mineral wool, and other core materials are also available through The Bradbury Group.
Discontinuous panel production for polyurethane-filled panels includes insulated wall and roof building panels, garage doors, entry doors, and refrigeration cooler panels. Single or multi-cavity presses are capable of handling panels from 2” (50 mm) to 10” (250 mm) thick, up to 48” (1220 mm) wide and up to 48’ (14.6 m) long. Bradbury can meet each customer’s production requirements and budget. Discontinuous presses include heated and cooled platens and are built to withstand the high pressures of the foaming process. Complete systems include tooled molds with press loading/unloading components and chemical supply.
