This is an introductory presentation on Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification with a focus on metal construction to help builders start the process for getting their buildings LEED certified. Topics to be covered; intro to LEED, energy implications for metal construction and LEED best practices and expectations, LEED expectations for materials and resources (recycling, waste, product selection, Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) implications for metal construction and LEED best practices and expectations, and innovations. Plus, we’ll answer your questions.
