We are a manufacturer of stainless structural steel and custom profiles with a proprietary production method called Laser-Fusion or synonymously, Laser-Welding. This execution has an ASTM designation of A1069 which supports all of the corresponding characteristics of traditional steel-making processes. The bulk of our product offering consists of carbon steel (A6) replicates of equivalent dimensions, weights and mechanical properties however we employ a near limitless range of non-standard shapes and geometries. An interesting feature of laser-welded profiles is that of sharp, square corners on the internal and external joints which give a crisp and clean look for architectural applications and can also serve a functional purpose in many occasions. New to the arsenal is the ability to laser-weld carbon steel (A36) shapes for when the design benefits from sharp corners and the need for stainless is lacking. As opposed to conventional steel mills, we have a very low minimum order quasntity of only one 20'' length with no die or tooling fees. Everything we produce is domestically sourced and manufactured in the great state of Texas.
