Product strengths include drill point quality & corrosion resistance. Powder paint coating over zinc plating provides maximum protection for carbon steel screws. The WOODBINDER MB micro-bit point is now standard on all metal to wood screws. This point is more consistent than a sharp point, & eliminates the metal "pigtail" common with those fasteners. ZXL zinc-aluminum alloy molded heads provide lifetime protection of the head & washer for use on Galvalume & other metal roofs that offer a 40 year warranty. It is available on STEELBINDER metal to metal & WOODBINDER metal to wood screws. The company manufactures solid & vented foam closures, supplies round & square rubber pipe flashings, 304 SS rivets, & sealant in tape form & tubes, as well as NOVA FLEX silicone sealant. SNOW TRAX 304 SS retention guards in 28 powder coated colors & the MRC SNOW TRAX metal roof clamp for standing seam metal roofs round out the product line. New in 2019 is a new fastener for attaching metal roofing to OSB & other light density wood substrates. The unique thread design will help prevent stripout in this porous material. It is also available in a ZXL which matches the paint warranty on residential metal panels.
